In January 2023, SDC’s Committee conducted a survey with 2022/23 club members, allowing them to provide honest and constructive feedback on SDC. Tracey Stinson then ran a strategic planning workshop with committee and general members, where we used the findings of the survey to draft our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan.
A strategic plan is an excellent tool which will provide a real focus to SDC.  It will also help us successfully work towards SDC’s short- and long-term goals.
Developing the plan was an exciting and engaging process that really helped to give everyone clear ideas of where we are going. The plan was developed in consultation with the committee and general members and will be regularly reviewed to ensure that things are on track and that we are growing and adapting as needed.
